We work with people that are seeking addiction treatment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I lost my best friend 3 years ago to heroin addiction. We spent a lot of time and money trying to find a good rehab center. Sadly, I didn't know what I know now about the industry and he died from a heroin overdose. Right then and there I started learning about addiction, how to treat it, and even more about the industry of drug treatment. Now, we help people all over California find the right drug rehab or alcohol addiction center for them.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First, we are a non-profit company. Second, we put our client's needs ahead of anything else. Third, we charge our clients nothing for our services. We use donations to cover our costs and the costs of treatment for selected individuals. This month alone, we have spent over $7,000 covering travel expenses, out of pocket expenses, etc.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Rehab in California is, and always will be, based in California. However, we are expanding our business to other states that are hit hard by the heroin issue. A lot of the people we speak with would love to come to California for treatment. Allowing us to help more people while helping the California economy.

Our physical address in an office for myself and staff. We don't have client's into our office.
What type of payments do you accept?
We don't accept payments from clients. We happily accept donations for our time, but this doesn't change the level of service we provide.

We service all of California right now.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I personally own the business, Marcus Hansen, and handle all day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. We check any voicemails left for us during off hours and if someone is in need we will happily work after hours and weekends to help them.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The one we hear most, and the one that hits home for us is "You saved my life." I tear up a little each time I hear that from a client.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
The Serenity prayer is one I say daily. "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. "
